Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Delivery Windows and Costs

Standard delivery is included in the price on every order, to every country we ship to. Faster express services are available in most countries for an extra charge, shown at checkout.

United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days. International (selected destinations): typically 2–17 business days depending on destination and service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin after dispatch. Full delivery times and costs by country are published on our Delivery & Returns page, and the exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

Duties and taxes are included in what you pay. Where import charges apply, they are covered in your total at checkout, so there should be nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
