For 10 servings - stir 3 eggs, 200g sugar and 150g butter until frothy.

Mix 200g flour and 1/2 packet of baking powder and stir alternately with 100g DER-FRANZ fine drinking chocolate powder and 3 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts into the dough.

Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes, then cut into squares and enjoy!

A real pleasure, especially in the cold season.

Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons of the white drinking chocolate powder in 250ml hot, preferably foamed, milk by stirring.

To match the gentle vanilla taste, refine it with cinnamon and a little nutmeg and then enjoy.

In summer, simply prepare with cold milk and serve with crushed ice.

For this wonderful chai latte crème for 4 you need:

1/2l milk, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 100g DER-FRANZ Chai Latte powder, 100g whipped cream and another 1/8l milk for frothing.

Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, bring the 1/2l milk to the boil and stir in the Chai Latte powder until it is completely dissolved. Stir in the cornstarch and bring to the boil again. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.

Fill into a couple of glasses and put in the fridge for 1 hour. To serve, froth the remaining milk vigorously, pour it into the glasses and enjoy!
