How to Use:

Tongmaster Dried Onion can be added directly to soups, stews, casseroles, curries, and savoury rices, ensuring sufficient water is present for rehydration. For use in pies, pizzas, stir-fries, and other dishes, re-hydration is recommended. To re-hydrate, simmer the flakes for 5 minutes in approximately 10 times their own weight of water, then drain. Alternatively, soak the onion for approximately 2 hours in cold water, then drain.
