How to Use:

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. For one portion, whisk together 125g of mix with 125ml of water and let rest for at least one hour. Beat 150g of unsalted butter until creamy. Gradually add the rested mixture to the butter, beating until fully incorporated. Continue beating for approximately 10 minutes until a smooth buttercream is achieved. One serving is sufficient for filling and covering a 20cm cake or decorating about 12 cupcakes.
