How to Use:

For a stiff consistency, add 55 ml of water per 450 g of sifted mix. Beat on low speed for approximately 7-10 minutes until the icing is stiff, white, and has lost its shine, forming peaks that do not fall back. For a medium consistency, add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of icing. For a thin consistency, add 2 teaspoons of water per 200 g of icing.
