How to Use:

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C convection).
Combine 400g of mix, 160ml water, and 180ml (160g) vegetable oil.
Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes until smooth.
Grease a 25cm long or 20cm round baking pan.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until golden.
Cool on a cake grid immediately after baking.
