Questions?
Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU?
It depends on the destination. For Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States we collect import duties at checkout, so nothing further is due on delivery. Everywhere else, duties and taxes may apply under local rules and are payable to the carrier or customs authority.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
IOSS is an electronic portal for handling VAT on EU imports. What this means for you: VAT is included in the prices shown for eligible EU destinations. Import duties are collected at checkout for Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands; elsewhere they may be payable on delivery under local rules.
You'll receive confirmation emails when your order ships. Gift card purchases don't count towards free delivery. We cannot deliver to military addresses in EU countries. Problems? Contact us.
