Our Heritage

Rajah was founded back in 1931 when a former Indian army officer yearned for the authentic taste of home in London.

Driven by the belief that there’s joy in authentic tastes and trying new flavours and combinations, he opened a small shop called Bombay Emporium and began importing high quality spices.

This little shop grew into Rajah spices and began to rule South Asian kitchens and hearts.

Today we are proud to bring authentic, high quality spices that inspires and creates rich moments, full of real South Asian flavour.
