How to Use:

For oven cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil, brown 450g diced lean beef, 1 diced onion, and 2 sliced carrots for 5 minutes. Drain excess liquid and transfer to a casserole dish. Mix seasoning with 400ml cold water and stir in. Cover and cook in the oven for 2 hours until tender.

For slow cooker: Open the sachet. Combine the contents with 500ml of water in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve hot.
