Crafted from local Koroneiki olives grown in Agia Sophia, this early-harvest oil (November) offers a bold, intensely fruity and aromatic profile with a peppery, spicy finish. Cold-extracted from the Vassilakis family grove, it boasts an acidity of 0.3% or lower, ensuring exceptional quality. Ideal for raw use—dipping, drizzling over vegetables, pulses, grilled meats, or toasted bread—where bold flavor matters.

Vee Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sourced from local Koroneiki olives grown near Mirambello Bay by over 200 certified organic farmers, this oil is cold-pressed between early November and mid-December.
